Over 45 years, the FTCC offers a wide network, allowing companies to successfully approach the market and build long-lasting trade relationships for efficient and fruitful business development.

The FTCC is one of the most prestigious chambers of commerce in Thailand collaborating with imported French products and enterprises. Have you ever wondered how Thais get to enjoy French natural and beauty products, restaurants, mechanical tools or services? This hub represents the center of communication that cooperate many sectors and companies in order to build a stronger economic relationship between France and Thailand.

Initially founded in Bangkok in 1966 by French Companies, the FTCC has been assisting and promoting their members with great enthusiasm. Today, it represents over 300 Members with business interests in France and in Thailand from various sectors, forming a dynamic and powerful business network.

The Chamber is a Member of UCCIFE (Federation of French Chambers of Commerce and Industry Abroad), a strong and active worldwide network of over 111 French Chambers in 81 countries with 900 permanent staff and 27 000 members. It also works closely with Chambers of Commerce and Industry in France and Foreign Chambers of Commerce in Thailand. The Chamber is working in collaboration with other trade-related French institutions such as the French Embassy Economic and Commercial Department or the Foreign Trade Advisors (“CCE”). Significantly, the Chamber is a member of the Board of Trade in Thailand and promotes the Franco-Thai profile through their involvement with Thai ministries and official bodies.

The FTCC is committed to 4 main areas of responsibility:

• Promoting bilateral trade and investment between France and Thailand in general
• Representing, federating, informing, stimulating and serving the interests of its Members
• Supporting commercial endeavours from French Companies in Thailand and Thai companies in France
• Assisting companies in their recruitment of French nationals and help French candidates in their job search locally in Thailand

Furthermore, the FTCC always organizes events that provide knowledge on building a stronger business. The activities are essentially practical for the members and those who would like to ameliorate their networks.
