Khon Kaen, the Center of Isaan
Greater economic, administrative and academic city of Isaan (Northeast of Thailand), this beautiful provincial town has earned strong popularity among Thais.
Known for its charm and peacefulness, Khon Kaen savours the seasons and religious events. Surrounded by archaeological sites, temples, park,s and large lakes steps; the city continues to develop the concept of “returning to the countryside.” Although there are limits to this image; there exist airport, shopping centers, industrial areas, nightlife, and international festivals energizing this corner of the world.
With over 100,000 inhabitants, tropical climate, and renowned gastronomy, “living well” in Thai has its origin partly there.
