By Shared ownership revived in Thai property
IFA Hotels & Resorts has launch three Thai-based Private Residence Clubs: The Heights Private Residence Club in Phuket, Northpoint Private Residence Club in Pattaya and The River Private Residence Club in Bangkok.
Units at the developments will be sold in 13 fractions, each offering a guaranteed stay of 21 days each year at the property as well as unlimited use when it is otherwise unoccupied.
Owners can also swap days at these properties for stays at other units in IFA Hotels & Resorts’ IFA Collection and The Registry Collection.
