[PHUKET] TOP 5 of Shopping Centers

Phuket, THE dream destination for international tourists, is not just about sandy beaches. Beyond just swimming in the turquoise waters of the Andaman Sea, why not do some shopping in one of the island’s shopping centers? You do not know where to go? Do not panic, we have prepared our TOP 5! 😉

The Central Festival is one of the most famous shopping centers in Phuket. And for good reason, it offers since its opening in 2004 a wide choice of shops that will no doubt delight shopaholics.

You can find all the major international brands such as Chanel, Diesel, Apple or Calvin Klein, as well as all the possible amenities: a large supermarket, a Starbucks, a food court or a cinema. In short, what to animate more than one afternoon!

Good to know! Most hotels in Phuket offer free shuttles to the Central Festival.

What’s more typical in Thailand than THE famous weekend market? The one in Phuket, located on the outskirts of Phuket Town, has nothing to envy to others. Nicknamed the Chatuchak of Phuket, it offers an impressive panel of products of all kinds.

Clothing, accessories, exotic fruits, Thai dishes, furniture and other interior decorations … it’s almost impossible to come out empty-handed. Speaking of “out”, do not rely on the external image of the market: it is huge, and it is very easy to get lost.

Good to know! You will need minimum 2-3 hours to visit it.

Open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 04pm to 11pm

Jungceylon is the largest shopping center in Phuket, and therefore the most popular. With its prime location in the heart of Patong, it attracts a large number of tourists and locals every day for its shops or restaurants.

Even more than shopping, the Jungceylon is the perfect place to spend afternoons with its many entertainment options: bars, cinema, bowling … and even a spa, a nightclub with pool on two floors, etc …

Trust us, you will find what to do. 😉
