Soi Ari in Bangkok’s upscale Phahon Yothin enclave has been revealed as one of the city’s hottest postcodes in a survey by the Real Estate Information Centre (REIC).

REIC’s research found that 95% of condo units launched in this Bangkok suburb in the last four years have already been sold – 1,450 units out of a total of 1,550.

Demand was heavy from Thais, who have been drawn to local condos by the area’s proximity to many of Bangkok’s companies, banks and hospitals – as well as Ari’s long-established social cachet.

Ari’s other attractions include being near Ari BTS station and the Rama IV expressway entrance as well as roads linking Phahon Yothin and Rama IV.

Soi Ari’s condominiums include the groundbreaking Le Monaco, which is unique in its rigorously eco-friendly approach and as the last tall building to be allowed in its neighbourhood.
